Waiter / Waitress

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Address customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
• Process payments accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and barista for smooth service
• Promote menu items to customers, including coffee, non-coffee beverages, and food. to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School/ Vocational School
• Flexible hours available
• Full-time, willing to work on holidays
• Applicants must have an ID card
• Able to work in a non-halal restaurant.
• Previous experience in a Korean restaurant is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and tidy appearance.
• Good attitude, honest, responsible, and agile.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
